Ordered online, road my bike over to pick up some new much needed canvas work pants. Was in and out quick with no fuss. After I placed my order on their website I got an email is about 30 minutes indicating it was ready for pick up. Pants fit great, will buy from again in the future. Never worn boots before but may be I will check them out...

Didn't really know what to expect as this was the first time going there,but I can't say thank you enough to the staff for being so helpful even though we had tons of questions. Just know, if this is your first time there,You will want to stay for a while. An hour and a half went by really quick but set us up with exactly what we wanted, Thanks again you guys..we will be back again.

Just wanted to say thank you to the fantastic team here. I have been to many a Boot Barn in our Great state and this by far has been the best experience I have ever had. The team here was attentive, professional and did their upmost to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I ended up with 2 pairs of boots that I love and the items I need to take care of them. What a different experience than the Boot Barns closer to me. Just happened to be in this area, there are 3 Boot Barns between where I live and this one, and I would rather drive the hour to shop at this one from now on, than shop at my local store. They have it together. Friendly staff. They are clearly well trained.

From the moment we started working with her, it was clear she truly knows her craft and cares about making sure customers leave happy. She is also a master hat shaper — her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. She took the time to explain the process, made expert recommendations, and shaped the hat perfectly to fit and style. If you’re looking for someone who knows Boot Barn products inside and out and can create a perfectly shaped hat, ask for Shelly. I recently visited Boot Barn for the first time to purchase safety boots for my new job. I was impressed by the wide selection of boots available and found the store well organized. While exploring the safety boot section, I was assisted by a sales associate named Lily, who made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. Lily asked a few thoughtful questions about how the boots fit, what color I preferred, and the type of work I would be doing. With her guidance, I chose a pair of Brunt safety boots that were extremely comfortable. My only concern was the tan color, but Lily offered a great solution—using mink oil to darken the leather and add protection to the leather. I decided to follow her recommendation, and I’m very pleased with the results. The boots not only look better but are now better protected for daily use. Lily’s customer service, product knowledge, and helpful attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Lily for your excellent assistance and for making my first boot barn experience a great one!
